Do you go to bed mad at your SO?

I TRY not to. No matter how big the fight is, even if he passes out before we even make up, I usually roll over and start cuddling with him. I’m always afraid of something bad happening to him while he leaves for work or something and I don’t want my last memory of us being a fight. I don’t want to say “I wish I would’ve held him that night” or something. I don’t want any regrets

honestly? yes. been married over 8 years. sometimes the pressure to 'make up before bed' adds fuel to the fire in my opinion. I think that continued more arguments when we first got together then getting a good night's rest and a fresh perspective with it.

We're both hot heads, so in the heat of things, it would do more harm than good to talk it out while we're still really mad. We go to bed, cool off and talk the next day when we're calm. I don't believe in the "don't go to bed angry" rule. Usually we're over it by the next day anyway.

sometimes we just have to. there is no point in discussing and arguing anything at 2 or 3 in the morning. when we wake up in better moods its easier to say sorry and we are less emotional. so don't put too much pressure on yourself to fix it before you go to bed. i figure if you both can say i love you before you sleep then it will be okay

My fiancé and I do fight on and off but the worst thing imaginable is going to bed and waking up and worst case scenario something bad happens to your SO. Even if your mad, making sure the last thing you say to you them is good, is worth it.

I'm still mad but I do the same. or if he's mad at me I tell him well I'm cuddling you anyways and I do so. even when I'm pissed at him i still tell him I love him for the exact same reasons

I try not to because he is a great guy and I know I’m incredibly lucky to have snagged him but goddamn sometimes that boy gets me irritated. I know I do the same to him too but that’s what love is 🤷🏼‍♀️

No but not really for that reason. We just like to talk and cuddle before we sleep. If one of us is already sleeping, we’ll wake the other up so we can fall asleep together. Not sure why. We’ve just always done that.
