Ovarian cysts and Cramps
I have very painful periods and sometimes up to 5 days before my period, I have a very similar cramping pain from ovarian cysts. Heat really helps but the only option I have done is putting hot water in a small bag and then putting that bag in a larger bag to catch drips and in case the bag of water pops open. My dad can't find the heating pad. It sure would be nice if he could find it.
