Stopping supply HELP!
Ok so I am ready to stop pumping! I’ve been exclusively pumping and have been blessed with a hefty supply.. I have been battling clogged ducts and have had mastitis and am seriously nervous about getting it during this process! I’ve read a lot about weaning but I just really want it to be done ASAP! Any tips for stopping without pain and stopping quickly?
