worried and nervous 12 weeks and 3 days pregnant

well today I have my 12 week ultrasound I'm very nervous and worried in my last appointment the doctor could not find the baby's heartbeat with that thing that you put on top of the belly I don't know what it's called and I'm hoping and praying with this ultrasound they can hear and see the baby and nothing is wrong I have not really been feeling pregnant or I have had is headaches fatigue gaining weight gas and bloating constipation and diarrhea sometimes my boobs hurting a little bit but not anymore my 7 week appointment ultrasound they couldn't find it the same way with the thing on top of the belly but then they did it vaginally and they found the baby and heard the baby's heartbeat the baby's heartbeat last time was 169 hope nothing is wrong I hope to hear my baby's heartbeat and see my baby today cannot wait wish me luck and keep me in your prayers I pray everything is well with me and the baby I pray to hear my baby's heartbeat today and see my baby and all my worries to go away 🙏👶
