13 month old driving me CRAZY.

He’s 13 months old and the past few weeks have been hell with him. He’s done nothing but whine and scream the entire day. I set him down in the high chair and he screams until he gets food. I put him in the car seat and he screams. We’re driving and the car stops at a light and he screams every single time. He screams when we’re playing on the ground and he’s not sitting on my lap. Even when he is sitting on me he’s whining. He won’t even go down for nap anymore without screaming bloody murder for at least 30 minutes before. I’m losing my mind. He’s 13 months, very mobile - walking since 9 months. He’s not sick- doctor said no ear infection, no teething, no cold/flu. He’s just become so clingy and whiny and I can’t even function. All I hear is screaming and whining. Nothing disctracts him. Please any opinions will help. I’m going crazy. Please.

Side note: he has not always acted like this. It really started about a month ago and I don’t know what it is. He’s just never happy.
