not making enough milk- please help me
i have a 6 week old and i am having trouble producing milk. i pump every 3 hours and i am lucky to get 1 oz out of each. overnight, i got 1 oz out of both combined. i have tried oatmeal, drank mothers milk tea and power pumped. what else can I do to make more milk? I am losing my mind. I don't want to fail at this. thanks!
