Pumping

Hi all-

I'm so lucky that my 3 week old sleeps about 5-7 hours at night - I feed her around 10:30-11:00 and she's been sleeping until 5 or 6. My question to you - I wake up with a lot of milk and would like to pump so my husband can help feed when he gets home from work- is it better to pump at night or in the morning ? I don't want to continue to over produce at night so trying to find the best thing here .
