Like 30 mins ago I see all these bumps on my arms and thighs. They are on the inside part of my arms and thighs (not the underside). No where else! The don't itch or hurt. And they are not even that bumpy at this point anymore, it's like they are flat and they and part of my skin. I don't think that they are chickenpox as I already had that as a kid...twice (apparently it's possible to get it twice as a kid, my doctor was shocked but it was verified). I've also looked around the house for bed bugs I can't find any!!! And no body has been over for a long time. I've also haven't left the house as I've been sick with the flu but I'm almost 100%. I'm at a loss and just weirded out. More and more keep showing up on my arm slowly. I can't take Benadryl do to a interaction with one of medications but I do have Benadryl spray I can use...if I can find it. I'll contact my primary tomorrow if it didn't go away.

Also I do have keratosis pilaris but that's not what I'm referring too...I'm talking about the big bumps.
