Pregnant after a tragedy

hello ladies, I'm going to share my story with you and see what you guys think. On October 13th of 2017 I found out I was pregnant with my rainbow baby, got so excited, told everyone. Well a week later I was having very bad cramping so I went to the hospital and they told me there was no heartbeat and that I had a miscarriage. I had the miscarriage because I have RH- Blood and they didn't give me the shot in time. Well, on January 9th of 2018 I found out I was pregnant once again, when the doctor told me I couldn't do anything but, cry because I'm terrified to lose another baby (this being my 3rd pregnancy, which none have lived) I had the rhogam shot after my last miscarriage so hopefully everything goes right from here. Well since I found out I've had slight cramping on my left side, is it normal? I need some advice. anything will help.
