13 Weeks Bleeding Scare

Just thought I would post something for anyone else this might happen to.

I woke up this morning with a lot of brown and red discharge, and immediately started panicking. After a miscarriage last October, I jumped to the worst conclusions. Fortunately I live in a smaller town and my doctor got me in with a NP two hours later. She checked my cervix and it looks ANGRY, something my OB told me at my first appointment at 10 Weeks. She then used the Doppler and found baby’s heartbeat...a strong 159.

I have something called entropion, which is when the cervix cells pop out a bit and bleed like crazy.

So I just wanted to reassure everyone that at this point in pregnancy, it is WAY more likely for everything to be fine than for something to go wrong.
