Chlamydia and Azithromycin

Has anyone ever had it and taken the one time dose wrong? I had two tablets that were 500 mgs each, and assumed i was supposed to take them 12 hours apart. turns out I was supposed to take them together. do I need to be concerned that it won't work? I'm pregnant and cannot afford to put my baby at risk with this.
