What do YOU do for exercise while pregnant?

Here's a picture of me bloated at 4 weeks for fun.

I'm sure this has been asked, but there's no handy search bar specific for the group. I'm only 5w3d and been feeling like I was hit by a truck. I have a physical job in a hospital and already got round ligament pain after a shift & a hard sneeze while lying down (it has been lingering). I'm hoping to start working out as soon as I talk to my OB-GYN, because the sluggishness is awful!

I used to be a gym rat up until 3yrs ago heavy weightlifting, running, kickboxing, jiu jutsu, lifting classes, rollerblading, etc but I'm back to square one. I just work & play softball in the summer now (I'm a catcher). I'm still strong, but I know it's not advised to start a new regimen... I dabbled a bit in swimming laps but found it too exhausting with the physical job, but would like to try it once I'm off.
