Miscarriage after yeast infection?

I have NO IDEA if this is why, so take it with a grain of salt...but for my first MC I conceived on July 3 and got a yeast infection a few days later (didn’t know I was pregnant yet obviously). I took Monistat and also inserted a boric acid capsule (which I’d done with every yeast infection since it’s a natural remedy). I read a few weeks later, when I found out I was pregnant, that boric acid is wonderful EXCEPT when pregnant. I was so nervous. I can’t say this is why, but I miscarried at 6 1/2 weeks.

Bv has similar symptoms to a yeast infection. Bv can cause a miscarriage. But most yeast infection treatments are safe during pregnancy.
