Pain In Lower Abdominal???

So I'll Be 32 Weeks Tomorrow, I've Been Experiencing Sharp Shoot Pains In My Lower Abdominal & Vagina, Hurts Like A Mother Fucker Lol It Happens Whether I'm Active Or Not But When I'm Walking Its Like It's A struggle To Walk Normal... Has Anyone Else Experienced This/Know What It Is?

it could just be babys head putting pressure on your pelvis & nerves. im 32 weeks today & it hurts just to stand now 😂

UH TELL ME ABOUT IT! 
Last week i told my Obgyn about it and he said it it from head pressure plus something called ligament pain (which i don’t remember experiencing in my first pregnancy) 
He said if that happens, change your position, try walking, or if you were walking try sitting or laying down, and lie on the opposite side of the pain.
