Shaving your face?

So I think you guys have heard of this “trend” where they shave their face before putting on make up because apparently it applies smoother, but wouldn’t that make the hair grow faster and cause irritations especially when you put make up on right after? Who has tried it?

As an actual hairy girl I don’t really consider this an option because every time I shave I get stubbles, so I actually epilate them with an epilator instead (ouch) which results in pimples because I have sensitive skin 🙄
