Meds safe while taking Clomid

Hey y’all. I woke up sick this morning. Just a sore throat. But tonight I’ve got fever and a stuffy nose and super sore throat. Are there any meds I can or cannot take while on Clomid? I’m on my first cycle and have 2 pills left to take. Really don’t wanna take something and it interfere with the affects of my Clomid. TIA!
