I️ almost always have a 28 day cycle, and last month I️ had some pregnancy symptoms and AF was 2 days late. I️ tested but it was negative and I ended up getting a very mild AF last month.

With Christmas and New Years, this past month was a bit stressful and my husband and I️ didn’t even BD at all. But now, AF is 5 days late!!! I’m so confused!! Why is my period so late??? I️ haven’t had any cramps, and they are normally horrible. I️ haven’t even been spotting. So confused!
