I don’t want to over react. I just had a BM with some straining and noticed a little blood from my vagina. I immediately stopped straining and went to lay down. Haven’t noticed anymore bleeding but a little cramping. 14 weeks pregnant

Unless it was bright red, associated with severe cramping, and a lot of it I wouldn’t worry. The cervix is fragile at this time and was probably just under some strain. But if it continues nonstop I would definitely call the doctor

If you were straining from a BM then it probably wasn’t from your vagina
