My husband has been a supervisor for a year and a half now. He originally loved it! The last 6 months have been rocky for the whole department but my husband made a mistake. He saw a worker using the wrong product and corrected her but didn’t inform a higher up, potentially losing the company a crap load of money. We have 2 children at home and not much in our savings as we struggle to save. Please start a prayer chain that my husband can have the knowledge within his department next time, that he will overcome this obstacle, and that he has the strength to better himself within his job and that our family will not suffer.
