I’m 16 and I have been having trouble relaxing.

Does anyone suggest any vitamins to help me relax and not feel sick. With school and gmail issues I have been very stressed and I can call myself down but then I get stressed again because I feel sick. I have a pain that is sharp that I get whenever I cry or get worked up.. which didn’t start happening until this semester in school. I also have spotting when I get worked up. Are there any vitamins good for my body that could help with pain and stress. Any health vitamins that could not only help with that stuff but possibly help me have like a natural glow.. if that doesn’t sound too stranger to ask. Please help!
