Thank you ladies. I posted this pregnancy test just asking for confirmation that this is negative & then a commenter pointed out what she sees. I’ll post the original, the pointed out line, invert & maybe an extra pic.

Some do and some don’t, usually would be black instead of a glow

Yes they do. They won’t just disappear - inverted pictures just invert the color. Anything that’s there before will still be there after.
