No symptoms making me nervous!

Almost six weeks with Baby number two. and I can’t remember when they started with baby number one though they weren’t severe. I have my first appointment in two weeks and I’m dying. I am just so worried there isn’t a heartbeat or something is wrong. Anyone else feel the same?
