What are Signs to know if you’ve had a miscarriage 🤔

Cramping , bleeding and clots. Depending how far along you are depends on the pain level. My sister miscarried at 8 weeks , it stopped growing at 6 and she said it was so painful and lots of blood. 
I miscarried at about 4 weeks I think. Not sure if it had stopped growing at some point because I never felt pregnant. I had mild cramping (like I just needed to go to the bathroom) not a lot of blood and no clots , as far as I know. 
I went to the drs after the second time I have bleeding and cramping and the test was negative so obviously I knew at that point that I had.

I felt like all my pregnancy symptoms faded away. Like sickness, tiredness etc. And just had a really bad feeling. Then I had a few cramps and some brown stringy discharge. Needed an ultrasound to confirm their was no heartbeat.

Sometimes there aren’t any signs and you have a missed miscarriage.
