Unprotected period sex

So my boyfriend and I had unprotected sex during my period today but he didn't cum inside me, he says he's not sure if anything went inside on any way when he came because he should have pulled out a little faster, I started taking the pill last month and I've always taken it correctly, It's the third day of the cicle. Is there any chance that I could get pregnant?
