My husband and I have a 3 year old toddler (sometimes a monster 😉😣). She cries her eyes out every time she doesn’t get what she wants. I am always having to tell her no. She wants candy before bed, she wants to play with dangerous things, she wants to shower with me every night (EVERY NIGHT 😳), etc. My husband seems to always gives in to her and later wonders why she’s always cries when she doesn’t get her way. Our daughter is so confused by me saying no and her dad giving in, but on the other hand he is telling her to stop crying all the time. I am currently pregnant, so my hormones are on high. I don’t know what to do.. am I alone?! Does anyone have a solution or tip? Or am I just an asshole parent?! 😕

I just want to say that my husband is an amazing father/husband and he works hard and treats us like princesses. It’s only this one thing that we don’t seem to agree on sometimes.

Also our daughter is so sweet most of the time, it’s just hard to get her to understand that she can’t always get what she wants.
