Did I really misscarry

So on 7 Nov I found out I was very early pregnant on 11th Nov I started bleeding a lot and ended up on a&e; I passed a big clot which looked like tissue and let the doctor know, my hug levels were only 37 so they wouldn't scan me 2 days later they did a urine sample which came back negative , so that was that they said of misscarried with no examination at all, I continued with pregnancy symptoms then yesterday I took 3 tests all positive and one today positive not faint lines either 2 very dark lines, if this was a new pregnancy wouldn't the lines be faint as I could have only conceived from 25th Dec. Any opinions would be great. I have been to docs and awaiting there pregnancy test result
