So, I started hanging out with this guy about three months (give or take) ago. Initially we were just friends, but it’s recently become intimate. He basically said that we were friends with benefits, but that he was okay if “I happened to catch feelings.” What does that mean? I’ve never done the whole friends with benefits before, and I confused by some of the things that he’s doing such as the above statement, he constantly asks how my day is and jokingly says he’s “checking in,” and is always wanting to go out and do things together even if they don’t include sex. Could he possibly want to be more than just friends with benefits, or is that all it is? As a newbie FWB’s I need some clarification.
