what to do about an alcoholic husband? (please read the description)

my husband is an alcholic who refuses to get help. he drinks on and off and can't even admit he's an alcoholic most of the time (and when he does it's only because we're fighting and I force him to admit he is). then a week later we will be fighting again and he will say he's not an alcoholic and can have a few drinks a week. then a week after that he will say he is an alcoholic and will get help but then goes back on that and never gets help. I have tried being paitent and nice with him but it hasn't worked. so i told him if he doesn't get help i will leave him. this has been going on for 5 years. what do i do?
