My doctor said to start a prenatal when we start trying for a baby but I’m new to all this and there are SO many options. How do I pick one?!

pur local pharmacy has free prenatals with a prescription but pointed out their generic version is the exact same thing with 0.001% less folic acid. I bought 1 bottle for  $13 and it's like a year supply. my dr told me to take that until I am pregnant then switch to the prescription one.
