Eliquis (blood thinners)
Is anyone here currently taking blood thinners while breastfeeding?
I took lovenox during my pregnancy because of a factor 5 Leiden (clotting disorder) and have been prescribed eliquis to take. I told my hematologist that I was breast feeding.
My son is currently 11 months and still breastfeeding, I haven’t taken my eliquis because I’m scared for my baby. And advice would be helpful!!!
Was hoping there was someone out there with a similar story?!
