Hello ladies,

This year my resolution is to loose a little weight. I haven’t hit the gym but I have began to mean prep/snack. What are some good recipes you made for meal prepping? And what did you snack on in between?

The whole of last year I was prepping for 2 Fitness competitions, and I successfully lost a good amount of body fat and weight. So I’d love to offer some help to you! My advice would be to speak to a dietician or get a structure diet written out for you if you haven’t already 😊 My diet consisted of whole foods like chicken, beef mince, rice and oats. For snacks you can eat fruit or nuts. Just stay away from processed foods!Also in losing weight, you should aim to exercise every day even if it’s just a 30min walk around the block 😊 I hope this helps!
