EWCM?!?!

Is this EWCM?! I’m on my first round of clomid and I’ve never had this.... it’s not wet at all. I would explain it as jello-like. So does this mean I’m ovulating?! My opk this morning said I had low LH. Maybe I should test again! How many days before ovulation do you get EWCM?!
