I have some symptoms that sometimes indicate pregnancy, but I also know that isn't always the case.

These symptoms are light brown discharge around ovulation, severe cramps approximately a week before I should expect my period, and actual vaginal pain sort of like aching. The last time I had sex was a day before ovulation, and it was with a condom but I am not on birth control otherwise.

Does anybody have any thoughts?
