Prenatal sickness??

First month TTC so started prenatals...i got the honest company brand bc they seemed most natural. Have been taking them right after dinner/before bed. I have been waking up feeling like I've been hit by a truck! Headache all day/some nausea during the day. This is also my first month off of birth control. Could prenatals be making me feel sick or do you guys think I'm just a little off after coming off BC?! Thanks in advance 😅

I felt the exact same way and it was because they have iron in them— iron is notorious for causing GI upset. I switched to the gummies without iron and I’m good now.

Being pregnant now they make me sick. They are nasty. There's some gummies that you can take which may be a little easier on your stomach!

I felt terrible the first month off of BC. The worst cramps, headaches, hot flashes, nausea. I thought I was prego, but read those are all symptoms while your hormones re-adjust.

When I started taking my prenatals I had constant headaches, I think it all depends on the medicine and how much percentage of each vitamin it contains. Maybe switch to a different brand.
