feeling super sleepy all day, really bad lower back pain and no signs of AF. i had some spotting a week before AF. FEELING REALLY DISCOURAGED RIGHT NOW. I FEEL LIKE ITS NEVER GOING TO BE MY TURN. TTC FOR 2 YEAR AND A HALF 😢😢😢😢😩

UPDATE 1 after 14 days i got like pinkish discharge for like 4 days and then 10 days bright red. no clots and small amount. and i always have heavy periods to the point of changing my pad like 5 times a day and they would be full. i went to the doctor without an appt today and didn't want to see me. when the bleeding got bright red i thought it was my period but after 14 days bleeding idk whats going on.
