Any tips for damaged bleach blonde hair?

I went from red to blonde my ends rip and feeel hunt any gold treatments out there or remedies ?

Trim an inch immediately. 
& there are many masques out there that will help. Coconut oil is the cheapest with the best results. 
Don’t put heat on it, at all, for a long time. 
Use high end shampoo & conditioners. Only shampoo 3x a week at this point. 
Do Not use any treatments that make the hair hard.

This might sound wierd but take a beer and egg whites. Mix it up and apply it to your head and then put plastic wrap or a shower cap or something that will cover it on and wait 30 minutes to an hour! It will do the trick!

The only way to get rid of bad ends are to CUT them . Also, keep your Hair moisturized as the bleach makes your hair dry out ... Try not to use bleach again as it causes more harm for your hair

you can use these all separate, coconut oil, olive oil, eggs or avacodo. don t wash your hair daily one day yes other day no, with warm water as cold as you can, cut your hair once a month or when the tips are split

Coconut oil, sleep in conditioner, avoid washing hair every day, trimming hair might be needed. It'll take a couple weeks but in my experience coconut oil works the absolute best
