HELP I NEED ADVICE😳

I had a very light period last month that only lasted two days . While I’ve felt like t total sh*t and cramping really bad and haven’t started this month yet I’m 3 days late as of now 😳 should I test? I don’t wanna sike myself , HELP I NEED ADVICE!!!
