EMS TENS - safe during pregnancy?

Just wondering thoughts knowledge or research around using EMS Electrical Muscle Stimulation for tension / pain in legs back wrists arms shoulders etc (not stomach area - maybe after baby is born in 3 months)

They are safe I used one most of my Pregancey due to seatica I'm prego again just got a new one it's a god send 🙌🏻

They say to only use it during labor. I just choose not to use mine.

I used one on my back during contractions, so I would assume it’s safe. Just call and ask your doctor.
