Who else has gotten the flu?

I had a low grade fever last night and took a Tylenol. This morning I woke up and my back and hips are aching. I haven't been diagnosed with the flu but all the symptoms are there. Also, I've been very nauseous due to morning sickness. I gagged this morning and I had brown discharge. Now I'm freaking out thinking the fever I had last night has harmed the baby. Has anyone else experienced this? Did you have the flu while pregnant, if so, what helped?

I just got over the flu. I was off of work to an entire week! just lots of water, Tylenol, and Vicks. I did have to break down and take Robitussin a few times too... it does get better, promise!! Good luck mama!

keep yourself super hydrated. coconut water or sports drinks with electrolytes like Gatorade are good.

I just had the flu 3 weeks ago. Tylenol, Vick’s for my chest, steam showered with eucalyptus, humidifier, lots of water and orange juice, and ice pack behind my neck. Feel better!
