Anyone else notice one ovary working better than the other?

I have been noticing a pattern in my cycles lately: odd months are more predictable and consistent, and I have more symptoms of ovulation.   Even months, not so much.   Since ovaries take turns (did you know that??  Yep!  It's true!), I'm feeling like I might only have one working or something.  Anyone have any experience with this?

I was told my left ovary was “quiet”... no maturity of eggs in the left ovary with last IVF...only one (possibly two) eggs mature on the right.  I opted to cancel IVF and not proceed with egg retrieval at that time.  I decided to take all the supplements, acupuncture, abdominal massages, and more and do second IVF in a couple of months.  Praying more eggs mature in both ovaries!

I only have 1 ovary now and Dr said it works just as good if having two. I conceived my son with 1 ovary too.

My right ovary is the only one that really responds to the stimulation meds. I think they’ve only ever retrieved 1 egg from my left ovary and I’m not sure that one was mature.
