could this mean pregnancy

my husband and I have ttc for 2.5 years now. I had a HSG the end of December. I had the most posative OPK ever, and it did not have the build up like usual. over the past 3 days I've been having slight cramping on and off. I am not due for AF for 1-3 days. could this be a sign of pregnancy?
