Upspring Fertility

So I’ve been taking these UpSpring fertility pills. I started taking them my last cycle at the end of my period. And I’ve been taking them everyday. I did notice some changes. I know 8 days after glow said I ovulated I seen some “ fertile cm “ so I’m starting to think I ovulate different when glow says because also this period was 3 days late ( it started yesterday “ so I just want some feedback from anyone who’s taken these pills and when did you get pregnant ??
