getting pregnant after a miscarriage

I had a miscarriage Christmas day bled for a few days and it stopped. I was roughly 3 weeks and a few days. got a negative after a few days of bleeding. haven't had a period yet. how soon after having a period after a miscarriage has people got pregnant?
