Shout out to single parents

My husband wasn’t feeling well so I took our 1yo son to see Disney on Ice alone today. I had me, him, his diaper bag, my purse, 15 degrees outside, icy parking lot, security checking bags and doing metal detectors outside. By the time I got to our seats I needed a nap. Cut to 45 minutes later, when he starts to get antsy. Manage to somehow get into position, breastfeed, hold my sleeping kid for 30 minutes through the end of act 1 intermission and beginning of act 2. Keep him calm the whole time, then get both our coats on, get all our shit together, walk a half mile back to the car. So I just wanna day, for you single parents who do this all the time, hats off to you! You rock!
