idk what to do..

everytime I wipe I get a weird pinkish/brownish discharge-y type stuff and when I wiped like inside of myself it was like blood. my period is four days late, and the last sexual encounter I had was almost a month ago. but it wasn’t really sex it was like grinding? what do I even think?? what do I do??? I’m so scared please help me.
