PCOS and conceiving?

I just got testing back likely for PCOS, why I haven’t gotten pregnant in the last 8 months :( I do more testing Wednesday and the following week... But I am literally crushed! I can’t believe this is happening and need some positivity please! Anyone conceive successfully? After how long? Any tricks to help? I’m in tears 😭

May I ask what you are going through to believe you have PCOS besides not being able to conceive? Im wondering if I might have the same thing? ☹️

I have pcos and I have 3 children im currently ttc...dont give up ☺
