Metformin ER

Hi ladies, looking for some insight on the Metformin extended release. I’ve cut out nearly all sugars in my dieting excluding carbs. There are carbs in everything!! 😩 at work we don’t really have privacy near our restrooms so I’m terrified of any GI issues.

My doc thinks this, letrozol and dexamethasone is the net beSt option after our third loss.

Please gals... I’m in dire need of advice:(
