Questions about conception

So I’ve never really understood when conception occurs. I’m someone who has a very irregular period and not a normal 28 day cycle. I am currently pregnant and according to my LMP i should be around 7 weeks which means that i should have conceived December 3-4 but I’m still not sure. Help me understand please!

I have an appt this Thursday!
