Baby Digestion Issues?

Hi there. New mom here.

My son is a week and a half old. He’s not having normal BMs. He will eat fine, he keeps his food down just fine, and he isn’t acting any different but I am concerned that he’s not going as often as he needs to. I have contacted my doctor already and have been told that it is normal but something inside me says that it’s not normal.

Like I said, he isn’t acting any differently. He isn’t fussy, and he sleeps a lot like any normal growing newborn.

Any advice?
