Docs won't even help

They say I'm normal...an I'm healthy, but i never had a regular period, I have bin getting it more an more on time but, the last two years. But it always disappears befor summer till August. now I have this random bleeding that's happening all the time. It's spotting pink then, think an stringy reddish somthing, does anyone have any idea what this could be I normally have my period at the end of the mounth.. now it's very heavy for theee days an in between I have spotting I'm scared what can I do
